Anyone know where there is a 64 or 65 being wrecked?
I need all the linkages for the transmission kickdown as my car doesn't have anything other than the selector linkage.

Thats' a bummer,

You could try:
- ThunderParts, Barry Haley down here in Melbourne. Make sure you are sitting down if he has what you want, expect a fairly high ask
- on EBay try this link - again prepare yourself, the guy is an absolute ass but sometimes you have to put up with that: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/FORD-THUNDERBIRD-1964-1965-1966-TBIRD-390-64-65-66-WRECKING-61-66-1963-1962-1961-/141569339375?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item20f630afef

- or if you don't really want to keep car original, try a Lokar linkage, they are available to suit the FMX/MX and C6 transmissions. I guess it depends on the parts you are missing too? Just go to eBay or Summit and type in Lokar Ford kickdown Linkage or similar.

- finally, get on the VCTI Thunderbird Forum, parts for sale.

LOKAR seems to me to be the best and cheapest option, you can hardly see the linkage anyway?

Thanks, I have contacted "John" and am aware of his reputation.
Not worried about original look, juts want to make the car run right.
I effectively have no linkages at all or any brackets.
