G'day,
Just picked up this 66 Thunderbird, my previous ride was a 71 VG Valiant Hardtop, after a bit of saving and selling the Val I moved on to this. It should arrive in WA next week! Here are some pics I took of it when I inspected it!

Can't wait for it to get here! Car is in amazing condition. Paint and motor have had a good work over interior is as it was in 66!

I would have liked too. It wasn't original but a very cool cruiser, but I could only afford to either repaint and derust or buy another car. Sad to see it go but excited to start something new.

Hey Ricochet, on the other site you mentioned about your clock not working - should be an easy fix. In most cases its just a case of that 45 to 50 yr old grease on the parts turning solid. Pull her out from the console, remove the back , degrease (carefully), re-lubricate with a sewing machine grease, re-install. Check all fuses (at passenger side footwell) as well.
If you're after some fancy hubcaps, try Allan out at Armadale Auto Parts.

Hope this helps, otherwise just give me a call on 0417 766 552
Cheers, Paul.

Dang I just brought a replacement from the states.

Only cost me 60 bucks. Ill pull the old one out and refresh it and see what I come up with. I'm actually chasing the correct hub caps, I've found some but the postage from the states is a killer. Thanks for the heads up.
